Whether you’re joining us for a relaxed dinner, cocktails at the bar or a special celebration, we’ve made it easy to find the details you need.
Do you offer vegetarian/vegan options? Gluten free?
Yes — we have vegetarian options, some vegan-friendly choices and all of our pizzas and pastas can be made gluten-free for an additional charge. Our kitchen can cater to dietary requirements and intolerances as best we can — please notify your waiter when ordering so we can guide you to the most suitable options.
I want to book a seat indoor but don’t know how to do this.
When making a booking, you generally have the options between Standard and Outdoor. Upon selecting standard, you can then choose between Standard booking (which refers to the inside restaurant dining area) and Bar Menu Booking. Please note that there is no pizza served in the Bar Area and that this area is for adults only. We try to cater for seating preferences as best as we can.
What is Bianco Bar?
An intimate, late-night space within Bianco for signature cocktails, premium wines by the glass or bottle and Italian-style share plates.
Do you serve food in the bar?
Yes. The bar has its own menu with share plates. You can also choose from the restaurant menu, but please note that pizza is only served in the main restaurant.
Is the bar adults-only?
Yes — the bar is 18+. Families are warmly welcome in the main dining room.
Do I need a booking or can I walk in?
Both. Bookings are available for parties up to 4 in the evening and walk-ins are always welcome (subject to availability).
How do I book the bar specifically?
When booking online, select ‘Standard’ and then Bar Menu Booking.
Can staff help me choose a drink or wine?
Absolutely — our team can recommend the right pour, whether you’re choosing a glass, a bottle for the table, or a bottle to take away. Whenever we can, we try to have a sommelier on duty to assist with your purchase.
Can I take wine home?
Yes! Bianco Bar is designed to have you savour premium wines in our bar area or at home. When selecting one of our wines, you pay a corkage to drink in venue. When taking a bottle home, this corkage fee is removed and you can enjoy it at home.
Can I book the bar for a private event?
Yes — private bar events are available. Email hello@biancoitalian.com.au with your date, time and guest numbers. Please note that we require a minimum spend on weekends.
