Do you offer vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options?
Yes — we offer vegetarian options, some vegan-friendly dishes and many items can be made gluten-free for an additional charge. Our kitchen can cater to dietary
requirements and intolerances as best as possible; however, please notify your waiter when ordering so we can guide you to the most suitable options.
I want to book indoor seating but don’t know how to do this.
When making a booking, you will generally see options for Standard or Outdoor seating.
Selecting Standard will place you in the main dining areas (including the bar section if you choose Bar Menu Booking). Please note that seating preferences are requests only.
We always try our best to accommodate them, but this cannot always be guaranteed.
What is Bianco Bar?
Bianco Bar is an intimate space within Bianco offering signature cocktails, premium wines by the glass or bottle and Italian-style share plates in a relaxed, late-night setting.
Do you serve food in the bar?
Yes. Guests seated in the bar area can order from our menu and enjoy the same food offering as the restaurant.
Is the bar adults-only?
Yes — the bar area is strictly 18+. Families and younger guests are warmly welcome in the main dining room.
Do I need a booking or can I walk in?
Both. Bookings are available online and walk-ins are always welcome, subject to availability.
How do I book the bar specifically?
When booking online, select Standard and then choose Bar Menu Booking. If neither appears, it means we are fully booked. You may enquire via phone 0466 438 444.
Can staff help me choose a drink or wine?
Absolutely — our team can recommend the right pour, whether you’re choosing a glass, a bottle for the table, or a bottle to take home. Whenever possible, we also have a sommelier available to assist.
Can I purchase wine to take home?
Yes. Many of the wines featured on our list are available for takeaway purchase through Bianco Bar. If you choose to enjoy the bottle in the venue, a corkage fee applies. If you purchase the bottle to take home, the corkage fee does not apply.
Is Bianco BYO?
No — we are not a BYO venue. However, guests are welcome to purchase bottles directly from our wine list to enjoy in the venue (with corkage) or to take home.
Can I book for a private event?
Yes — private events are available. Please email hello@biancoitalian.com.au with your preferred date, time and guest numbers. Please note that minimum spend requirements apply.
