Bianco Bar
At the heart of Bianco is a bar experience unlike anything Caloundra has seen — a dedicated space where signature cocktails meet a thoughtfully curated premium wine selection, served in a more intimate, late-night atmosphere. Drop in for an aperitivo, a light graze, or settle in for a full evening at the bar. Expect Italian cicchetti-style share plates and wines by the glass and bottle, with a list designed for discovery — tasting your way through Italy, away from Italy.
Food is served in the Bar, with a selection built for grazing or dinner at your own pace — from share plates through to full dishes. Please note that pizzas are available exclusively in the main dining room.
Whenever possible, our team is on hand to guide you to the right pour, whether you’re exploring by the glass, choosing a bottle to enjoy with us, or selecting something to take home. Due to licensing and guest comfort, the Bar Area is reserved for adults only — families with children are warmly welcomed in the restaurant section.
Bookings are available for the Bar at night time (groups of up to four guests). When making a booking, select Seating: Bar, then choose Bar Menu Booking to ensure you are seated in the bar space. Walk-ins are always welcome, subject to availability.
Group Dining
Our Banquet Experience is designed for shared dining, created for the way Italians love to eat — together. Please note that for groups of 12 guests, the banquet is required and à la carte dining is not available.
If you do not like our Feast Options, we are more than happy to design an individual Set Menu for your celebration.

Lunch Deal
Our Lunch Special is your mid-day escape to Italy — exceptional value with Two Courses for $37 or Three Courses for $45, available lunch time only (excluding public holidays).
Begin the Italian way with a shared-style starter, then choose any pasta or pizza from our regular menu and finish sweetly with a selection of Italian classics. Lunch made easy!
